Paver Cleaning
and Sealing
At Jax Softwash Pros, we offer a 2 day cleaning and sealing process that will help revive your aging pavers and hardscapes in 3 steps.
First, we use paver specific cleaning products to remove organics, dirt, and mineral buildup.
Then we apply sand, in the color of your choice, to the joints and spaces in between the pavers. This helps keep your pavers in place and prevents shifting if there are any gaps. We use a specialized impaction method to ensure the sand is tight and compact.
After the pavers have had time to completely dry, we apply the highest quality paver sealers on the market. We apply 2 coats to ensure that you have the best protection from the environment.
Paver FAQ
Sealing locks the joint sand in place, helps block weeds and ants, and makes the surface far more resistant to oil, rust and organic stains. It also brings out the color of the stone and makes future cleanings easier. Unsealed pavers fade and shift over time, so sealing is what protects your investment for years to come.
It's a two-day process. On the first day we deep-clean the pavers and re-sand the joints; once the surface has fully dried we return to apply two coats of premium sealer. Splitting the work over two days ensures the pavers are completely dry so the sealer bonds properly and lasts.
That's your choice. Our sealers can leave a natural matte finish or a richer, slightly enhanced look that deepens the color. Applied correctly, the sealer protects the surface without leaving a cloudy or plastic appearance — just cleaner, more vibrant pavers.
